What is Hospice?

Hospice focuses on providing care and support to patients and their families when a life-limiting illness no longer responds to curative treatment.

Hospice care is centered on keeping patients comfortable and aims at the management of symptoms, while curative care focuses on curing the illness.

Hospice is an integrative and holistic approach to healthcare that addresses the physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs of each patient and their families during the end of life stages.

How is Ability different? 

At Ability Hospice we have unique services that we offer to our patients like massage therapy, pet therapy, music therapy, aroma therapy physical therapy, speech therapy, and our signature is called guardian angel program. our guardian angel program was specifically created to ensure that each of our patients are surrounded by loving people in their final hour. Our patients are our family.
